We want returns to be super easy. You can return your products* within 30 days following the purchase date. If extended shipping times apply, we will help make exceptions.
Only unused products with original tags and packaging will be eligible for refunds.
Please note that any tape that is applied directly to shoe boxes or products will void the return.
*Undergarments(baselayers, underwear, swimsuits, chamois shorts, bibshorts and liners) as well as items that are discounted more than 40% from the original price are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a cash value. They are exchange only.* If there was a mistake on our end (I.e wrong size of bib shorts), we will offer a return or exchange depending on your preference.
For the return process, we offer an option to use a prepaid return label at the cost of $20 for regular-sized orders or $45 for oversized orders over 100cm.(i.e Skis, bikes, snowboards)
If you choose to use a provided return label, the value will be deducted from the final refund after the product is received and verified by us.
You can also use any shipper/carrier of your choice to return your item or order, in which case, no fees/costs will be deducted. To choose this option, please contact our support department for return instructions at info@theryde.ca
Step 1:
Please email us at info@theryde.ca with your return request for approval by our customer service team. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the information needed to create your return label.
Step 2:
Print your return label and pack the item(s) that you would like to return back in the shipping box. We do try to use recycled materials as much as possible. If the packaging is not able to be used for the return, please repackage the product(s). Please do not use the product's box/packaging(I.e, the ordered shoes’ shoe box). Please make sure that your order number and any associated RA number(s) are visible in or on your return box.
Step 3:
Drop the parcel off at the nearest Canada Post drop-off location. See the list of branches for the following providers for returns done by mail: Canada Post*
Due to strike or labour disputes, we will arrange to provide a different prepaid shipping label of the carrier of our choice, depending on the geographic region and the shipping location.
Step 4:
Once the returned package is received, it can take up to 5 business days to process the return and refund. Any status updates will be sent out to you by email or text message.
You may also return your order at our retail store located in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
You may return your product(s) within 30 days following the delivery.
To initiate a return, email our support department at info@theryde.ca and include the words “US return” or International return in the subject line.
A member of our team will send you a prepaid return label at the cost of $30 CAD for regular-sized orders or $50 CAD for oversized orders over 100cm(40in), which, if used, will be deducted from the final refund. This applies to US orders. All other countries/regions will be responsible for return shipping.
Please note that if you use any other shipper or courier, you will be responsible for return postage fees as well as potential duties/taxes associated with the return. We will select a shipping service of our choice for a prepaid shipping label of the carrier of our choice, depending on the geographic region and the shipping location within the US.
For eligible refunds, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original order. Items must be new, unused and have all original tags and packaging intact/included to be considered for a refund. Only the products and applicable taxes are eligible for a refund. Any shipping fees or upgrades in shipping services are not refundable. Undergarments are final sales and not eligible for returns. (baselayers, underwear, swimsuits, chamois shorts, bibshorts and liners)
Once the return is received by us, the processing/verification can take up to 5 business days. As soon as the return/refund has been completed on our end, we will send you an email or text notification
Exchanges are not completed in the brick-and-mortar way. We offer refunds(s) for products that are returned within 30 days. We advise you to complete a new order for the preferred replacement item(s). This is the fastest way to process the new order and complete the billing.
If we made a mistake (i.e. Wrong size) we will send a return shipping label for the mistaken item, and upon verification/receiving the order back will “exchange” and ship out the new item with no new transaction(s) Please contact us at info@theryde.ca if this is the case and our team will work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.
