Discount Code Terms & Conditions

Thank you for subscribing to TheRyde.ca email list! As a new subscriber, you are eligible for a one-time 15% discount code (the "Code").

By using this Code, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Offer The Code provides a 15% discount on eligible, full-priced items. The Code is valid for one-time use per customer and is non-transferable. The Code will be delivered to the email address provided upon successful newsletter subscription.

2. Redemption To redeem the discount, enter the Code in the designated promotional code field at checkout on TheRyde.ca. The 15% discount will be applied to the subtotal of eligible items.

3. Exclusions and Limitations This discount has significant exclusions. The 15% discount cannot be applied to:

• Specific Product Categories:

  • All Bikes (including e-bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, etc.)

  • All Skis (including alpine, cross-country, and backcountry)

  • All Snowboards

• Pricing and Promotions:

  • Items that are already on sale, discounted, or part of a clearance event.

  • Products subject to a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, as set by the manufacturer.

  • The purchase of gift cards.

• Other Offers:

  • This Code cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, offers, or discounts.

4. Reservation of Rights TheRyde.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude other specific products, brands, or categories from this promotion at any time without prior notice. Excluded items are not eligible for the 15% discount, and this will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

5. General Conditions

• No Cash Value: The Code has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

• Prior Purchases: The discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the Code was received or after the order has been submitted.

• Returns & Exchanges: If you return an item purchased using the Code, your refund will be equal to the amount you paid for the item, subject to our standard Return Policy. The discount amount is non-refundable and will not be re-issued.

• Expiration: The Code is valid for a limited time and may be subject to an expiration date as specified in the welcome email.

• Modification & Termination: TheRyde.ca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time, for any reason, without notice.

• Acceptance: Use of this Code constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
